“Bonuses” are a part of the salary of the employees. That is just how it works. Call it “bonuses,” “tips” “incentives,” “salary, “compensation,” no matter what name you put on it, it’s all the same; You hire employees to generate revenue. Without revenue, you can’t profit. If you don’t profit you have to close down. In order to have employees you have to pay them or they will leave. It’s pretty simple actually. American’s need to stop worrying about the pay structure and pay roll of these companies and start worrying about staying out of the soup line that the liberals are going to try to put them in. The “rich people” are not the problem. It’s not us and the government versus the rich people, as they would try to have you believe. They are trying to make you look up at the rich and blame them while they reach into your pocket from behind. On cop shows they call it “the good cop bad cop routine;” The reality is that “the wealthy” are the people that we meet everyday and the people that sign our paychecks. As Ronald Reagan said, “In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problems, government is the problem.”
